Graduate Committee has asked Mathematics Graduate students to fill out and submit the annual survey which will be the basis for their annual review, as required by Graduate School. This review will also be used in consideration of GTA appointments for 2018-19. Students should have received a link to the survey, which will be active until April 23. (Let Graduate Committee know if you don't have the link). We ask that all students (including those graduating) fill the survey out.
Students should print the survey just before clicking "submit", discuss their answers with their advisers, obtain their signature, and take the survey to Graduate coordinator, by Tuesday April 24 noon. (First year students don't need the signature).
Students in special circumstances which, e.g., require a petition for GTA support, should consider filing their petitions to Graduate Committee around the time that the survey is due.
