6. Installation

Before installing, you will need to obtain the full path for: perl, matlab¹, qsub, your home directory, the scratch directory². Type:

1.

gunzip tf21.tar.gz

2.

tar xvf tf21.tar

3.

cd TF21

4.

./tf.install

5.

Enter requested path names.

6.

The install directory should have tf.pl, the TaskFarmer.

Move tf.pl to your home directory, or do a root install...That's it!
