This talk introduces the multi-species asymmetric simple exclusion process with N particles on Z and overviews a technique to find its transition probability formula. A state of the process is described by specifying each particle's position and species (represented by a positive integer). Our method provides the machinery to find transition probability formulas for any given initial combination of species.
