The Mathematics Department at Rowan University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor in Applied Mathematics to begin September 1, 2017. Candidate’s area of expertise should emphasize research in fields in which advanced mathematics using computational tools is employed in a fundamental way. Preference will be given to applicants whose research provides enriched opportunities for training graduate and undergraduate students for careers in industry. A Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics, or a closely related field, is required.
