Ohio State University is hosting the "First Midwest Student Conference: Geometry and Topology meet data analysis and machine learning” on June 1st and June 2nd, 2019 (Saturday and Sunday). This is intended to be the first in a series of conferences to be held in the future. The goal of the student conference is to gather graduate students in order to share their research work in applications of Geometry and Topology to Data Analysis and Machine Learning. A plenary lecture will be delivered by Prof. Peter Bubenik (UFL).
