Title: The Combinatorics of Factorial Base Representation

Abstract: Number base representations contain many interesting and surprising combinatorial properties. One such result, Kummer's Theorem, shows a relationship between binomial coefficients and addition in prime bases. By exploring carry sequences, digital dominance, and generalized binomial coefficients, we can construct an analog to this theorem in the strange world of factorial base number representations.
