Research description
Edwards' research interests are in advanced mathematical thinking and issues surrounding the teaching of collegiate mathematics. She is currently working in the area of undergraduate mathematics students' understanding and use of formal mathematical definitions. She is also involved in research on teacher change and factors influencing pedagogical innovation at the collegiate level.
