All talks will be 15 minutes (including questions) plus a 5-minute transition time.

The 2016 Spring meeting of the PNW MAA Section will be held at Oregon State University in Corvallis on April 1-2, 2016. The 8th annual Northwest Undergraduate Mathematics Symposium (NUMS) will again be embedded within the MAA conference.

NUMS is a regional mathematics conference providing a venue for undergraduate students to present mathematical research. Registration and lunch for students who present talks or posters is free; plus all students will have the opportunity to participate in the full MAA meeting.

The joint conference will feature Section NExT activities, invited plenary speakers, mini-courses, MAA special sessions, contributed talks and posters, student activities and an evening banquet.

Student activities will include a career panel, a student-led panel for Math Club officers and members, a student Math competition, and pizza party.
