Abstract: 

So you're getting a math degree, then what? Come learn about what it means to be a mathematician working in industry, how Mathematics is applied in practice, what it's like working with engineers and scientists, and how it may not be what you expected! Our invited speakers have PhDs in Mathematics and currently work for Michelin and MathWorks, respectively. There will be short presentations followed by time for questions/discussion.
