In order to build numerical wave basin to simulation
ocean/coastal wave and structure problems, we take advantage
of available solvers and build the simulation environment
over mutliphysics models. A potential flow solver based on
Boundary Element Methods(BEM) and a flow-structure
interaction solver based on Finite Element Method(FEM) are combined under
heterogeneous domain decomposition framework. The coupling
scheme and transmission condition are explored, followed by
the report of preliminary numerical example results.
