In this lab you review and explore basic scientific computing facts and practice the concepts which have been/will be/ discussed in regular class meetings. For each problem, please finish the exploration part during the lab or after.
When turning in your solution, simply present the results of the part and in adiition comment on the explain part. Some extras are included for the fast and the curious.
Preliminaries:

  • Find MATLAB: as icon on desktop or in Start->Programs
  • If you do not know syntax of MATLAB, please follow this worksheet. Also you can find many MATLAB tutorials online such as this one .
  • Save your work on Z: drive or on your ONID workspace.
