Recent PhD graduate Jeremy Lilly has just been awarded a CNLS Postdoctoral Research Associate Fellowship with the Center for Nonlinear Studies at Los Alamos National Laboratory. Jeremy finished his graduate work at OSU in June 2024, and soon thereafter he began post-doctoral research at LANL. This fellowship will enable him to continue his work on using tensor decomposition techniques to improve the efficiency of large-scale computations involving the numerical solution of partial differential equations, as applied to geophysical fluid flows.
